Any regret for those who had sold BTC positions in the past few days?

Some of my friends have sold their Bitcoins in the past few days, when its price was hovering around 107K - 110K range, due to a lot of nervousness in the market and the tariff/trade wars resuming.

Now BTC is back up to $115K....

For those who had sold their BTC, should they buy back immediately, or wait till BTC breakouts the previous $125K resistance and then buy again?
