Are there any FOSS chainanalysis tools?

The tool would be able to do the following:

(1) Determine the amount of addresses from creation (block reward) current address has experienced

(2) Determine what, if any, relationship address A and address B have together

(3) Be ran on one's own copy of the blockchain
