BCHN transparency report - concerns on the number of devs?

I was looking at the most recent BCHN financial report here: https://read.cash/@bitcoincashnode/bchn-financial-report-2020-12-05-db64dbdf

I noticed that the Dev costs only 64.46 BCH from October 20 to December 5. So for a month and a half (assuming an average of $300 for BCH), they only paid devs $19k.

That isn't very much, that is basically one full time CTO or three part time devs.

For contrast before the split, ABC was spending $101k a month for 8 devs and they didn't have the resources to push the project forward beyond maintenance (according to them).

So sure, ABC are probably overpaying their devs and maybe not moving as quickly as they could, but realistically, how is BCHN going to possibly push the project forward while spending 1/5 as much as ABC?
