Be aware - Yobit is such a scam exchange.

Back in 2017 I bought some crypto on Yobit exchange. I got some alts I couldn’t get anywhere else and then made the mistake of buying 10 BCH on Yobit as well. I got a new phone and lost access to my 2FA. When I tried to prove my identity and get back to Yobit’s exchange in 2020, they sent me the following response.

“Good afternoon! Recently, hackers have been actively engaged in disabling 2fa in order to steal funds, so we no longer perform this operation.”

They go on to say,

“If you lose access to your 2fa device, we won\'t be able to disable it, and your balance will be lost!).”

So basically I lost my 10 BCH. Even their support’s response is completely unprofessional and shows their level of exploitation.
