Bitcoin Cash + AnyHedge + Detoken as a hedging solution for merchants?

Some merchants prefer not to be exposed to volatility. Would be cool if wallets had an automatic functionality to hedge against volatility without leaving BCH ecosystem i.e. without selling BCH.
