Bitcoin Cash foundation

I think that we need a decentralised foundation that could oversee development, roadmap and be a body that can speak with businesses, governments and other parties.

I understand that BCH is community of passionate folks but to in my opinion if we want to gain serious traction we need more than that.

For example in Cardano space there is IOHK that is able to speak to different businesses, institutions and governments and form new partnerships.

I think that with SmartBCH we should have decentralised foundation that every BCH holder can vote on proposals, partnerships and ideas as well as for people who could represent BCH community.

In my opinion this is necessary if we want to get more adoption
