Bitcoin.com/Moonpay fees.

Why have they risen so much?

We're talking $18-19 on a $250 transaction here. Or $5-6 on a $30 transaction. I use BCH for consumer purchases, not investing, and this is a deterrence.

Can anyone recommend an alternative?

I thought that bitcoin.com was one of the most recommended buying platforms here. It also didn't do KYC for small purchases when I bought previously, which I liked.
