Bitcoin sustainability: Is BitVM the missing link ?

As hash rate keeps climbing and rewards keep thinning, i started looking into bitcoin sustainability. Saw that some of the big pools (Antpool/F2Pool) are backing Bitlayer. Since it’s a Bitcoin-native L2 using BitVM, it seems like a more "loyal" way to scale than just wrapping BTC on other chains. Anyone here looking into their ecosystem yet?
