Bitcoin, the internet of money

Have seen this term before, I think I FINALLY am beginning to understand what this means. Bitcoin is not simply “magic internet money” but a global payment / settlement network that offers a much superior method to what’s currently being done. It offers unparalleled security as it uses energy to protect and secure the network

Just like how Tiktok and Instagram utilizing tcp / ip protocols in the background, the average person sending may not be aware of the “background” internet of money that is being used to transfer store and secure their purchases and paycheques

Of course, this is just one of the features of bitcoin.
