Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash

I'm fairly new in the BTC space and have been buying and hodl for a couple months now.

But, what's the biggest advantage Bitcoin has over Bitcoin Cash and vice versa?

Is Bitcoin Cash still limited to 21 million coins? Is it decentralized?
