BitPay only refunded 14% of a canceled transaction????
 | I don't deal with crypto often so I'm not sure how to go about handling this. I sent a payment from my Coinbase wallet and the vendor was using BitPay, which I initially didn't know anything about (though this situation made me very aware to never use BitPay lol). I paid in full but BitPay marked it as underpaid then canceled the transaction and only refunded me $2.47 on a $17.57 transaction. I don't understand why the "refunded amount" isn't what I originally paid, and then what the network fee is on top of that. Is this even legal??? [link] [comments] |
