Bittrex turned into a scam

Hi,

Me and several others (over 1000's) got their fully verified account disabled with withdrawal's OFF. Bittrex is not replying to support tickets despite telling them it's an emergency because I have brutal pandemic going in my country (India) and one of my family member is in hospital. They are simply not listening and have blocked my funds. Is this exchange turned into a full fledged scam? I'll recommend withdrawing your funds straight away. ?
