Blockchain.com holding funds?

Deposited 1k with my debit card and withdrew to my trust wallet everything seemed smooth til I noticed it was pending for 20 minutes so I messaged support and now they are giving me the runaround and telling me to wait for emails to verify it’s me or something even though my account is fully verified and has been since 2021. Anyways what’s the best course of action here should I just call my bank right away to get the money back or hope these scumbags will actually let me withdrawal?
