Bought a MasterCard prepaid on BitPay, and it's still stuck in "Transaction in Review"

I used BitPay about four days ago to purchase a MasterCard prepaid and I entered all the information on the BlinkSky webpage. After that, it said "Transaction in Review, Please allow up-to 72 hours" it's been four days now and I'm curious if this has happened to anyone else. Any help would be appreciated.
