BTC taking forever to process when I send it??

I recently just downloaded and bought some bitcoin to try and upload on my sports betting app mybookie.com..

After a few hours of it not Processing into my account I called customer support at Mybookie and they told me that it wasn’t a problem on their end. They could see that it had been sent over but it had just not yet processed.

Has anyone ever had this problem using this app?
