Buy now or wait?

Almost bought the last time it hit 20k years back but held off as I thought it was the high, which it was and this is only the 2nd time it has retested these highs, are any of the BTC experts really buying at this level? As a part time day trader I would think the pros are taking profits here and waiting to buy the dip again once the dust / uncertainty around corona settles. Cheers
