Can anybody build a website that shows how many BTC utxo's are currently unspendable?

The theme later this year will be consolidation. Everybody with utxo's under 100 dollars is going to be forced to make transactions to prevent getting more utxo's stuck.

The rich 1% elite is not going to stop using Bitcoin so all the rest is going to be forced to make sure their utxo's don't become part of the 99% but always stay part of the 1%
