can i use my btc in the USA?

Hi , sorry if this is not the right place for this question. Im planning a trip to the states(maiami and NY) . Im from Argentina and my goverment charges me 65% for international purchases. So i came up with use my crypto to buy grocerys and stuff. Or just exchange it for cash. So if anyone there can give a direction i would be glad. Do stores acepts crypto? is there a place where u can exchange your crypto for cash? Ty and any other advice would be much apreciated
