Cardano Concurrency Discussion

I’m just reading a lot about concurrency issue with Cardano. Lot’s of biased comments pro or against Cardano, so difficult the get a real unbiased opinion on it.

So far I’ve understood that Concurrency problem lies on strategic infrastructural choices made many years ago. All developer know that this would have implied building DEX infrastructure less decentralized than what you would aspect from a DEX. But now lot’s of people consider it as a big failure. I still do not understand why this is so surprising…
