CashFusion currently requires US$500 minimum (?)

Edit: I just got about $328 to work, so the minimum may only be $300, not $500. I'm now trying under $300.

Recently u/defihodlr posted asking whether there's a service which tumbles crypto other than BTC. The replies suggested some consider CashFusion non-viable for some people, so I opened up my CashFusion wallet to test it. It took me over eleven hours. I kept increasing the amount every few hours. Once I had over $500 in the wallet (1.1 BCH), it worked in under 50 minutes. So indeed for people with under $500 in BCH, CashFusion may not be viable, at least not today.

This is the fusion I eventually got (fee was well under a cent). Three of my inputs are on top, because I used VanityTXID to get those coins' TXIDs to start with 00000, which puts them on top of a CashFusion.

Since then I've been trying to do another fusion with only about $170 but it won't work, like before. The usual error is

Covert connections failed: FusionError connection closed by remote

That error usually occurs just after round 1:

covert submission: components

There was another error which occurred a few times where just one participant cancelled. If I re-fuse all 1.1 BCH, I believe it'd work. I'm trying about $328 just before bed, but not working yet.

Can anyone get a CashFusion with less than ~1BCH ($500)? I'll leave my wallet fusing overnight. Maybe other users of the protocol have switched over to smartBCH, or something!
