Chaintip is back on Twitter!

Yes, I know Twitter isn't great, but it seems that a mainstream presence is required for a crypto to go mainstream :D

@chaintip had critical functions restricted by Twitter on the 23rd and December and it has taken this long to get them to restore these. I've had to remove the tippee @ mention in the @chaintip reply and also take out the 6 day reminder to claim to keep within their automated mentioning rules.

Have a go, convince people on the fence, and let me know how it can be improved!
