Changelly holding my Bitcoin

Has anybody ever had issues found a swap on ledger live? I swapped 1.08 bitcoin for usdt and changelly fucking put my transaction on hold. I contacted them and they said fill out verification on sumsub and I did. It’s in the process of getting figured out hopefully. Has anyone had this happen and what was the result? I got so much money on the line here
