conflicted transaction but i did not double spend. Resolutions?

The times must be so close together because the deadline for completion of transaction was closing and something was wrong, so i extended deadline by 24 hours.

This deposit wasn't seeming to clear or be confirmed, I ended up getting a web based wallet with the provider and didn't realize the first btc deposit address given to me was the same as what i already had sent to and waiting for confirmation, conversion, so i could proceed to withdraw.

now here is deposit that confirmed and ended up in my online wallet instead of my hardware wallet.

but I really really need that initial .002 accesible to me, otherwise I just burned 100 dollars
