DCA or buy all at once to add more BTC?

My BTC position is about 10% of my total investments, while the rest is in gold, stocks, and index funds. That allocation feels comfortable because I don’t get anxious when the price drops. But with the market starting to move again, I’m wondering if I’m being a bit too conservative. I’m still optimistic about Bitcoin over the next few years, so I’m thinking about increasing my allocation to around 15%.

I’m just not sure whether it makes more sense to invest the extra amount all at once or build the position gradually. Timing the bottom is almost impossible, so I’m leaning toward buying in batches. I was even thinking of using a DCA feature on platforms like BYDFi, Kraken, or Coinbase, but I’m not sure if automating it is actually better than just buying manually.

For those who’ve increased their allocation before, did you invest the full amount at once or spread it out over time? Looking back, would you make the same choice again?
