Dear Wallet Implementations - it's time to fully enable sat/kb

Currently, most wallet implementations only enable fees for BCH in a sat/byte manner.

While this isn't a big deal right now as a 1 sat/byte fee is around half a cent for an average-sized (400 byte) transaction at today's price-point of around $1400, if BCH continues to see substantial price growth in this bullrun (as I suspect it will,) we may actually get to a point where fees are multi-cent per transaction.

One of the biggest selling points for BCH is that it is less expensive than all of the most common digital payment processors including Visa, Master Card, Venmo instant-pay, Paypal instant-pay, etc. This has helped me onboard both people and businesses as it leaves more money in everybody's pocket.

This quality makes cryptos like BCH a clear onboarding choice.

The higher the fee goes, the less it competes with other digital payment processors and the harder it is to get to worldwide status.

If we do eventually reach a price-point of $100,000 or $1,000,000, the 1 sat fee for an average transaction would be 40¢ or $4 respectively which no longer competes effectively with digital payment processors. The more onboarding friction there is - including inordinate fees, the harder it will be to gain additional network effect.

If instead, wallets enable fees in sat/kb, a fee of 25 sat / kb at $100,000 BCH would weigh in around 1¢

Similarly - submitting a fee of 2 sat/kb at $1M BCH would also weigh in around 1¢.

So please - wallet developers, it's a tiny code change that will keep BCH ticking for a long time to come. Also, if you opt not to make this change and other wallets do, your implementation may fall out of favor at higher price points, so this is to the benefit of everyone in the ecosystem.

I'd like to know what wallets have and have not implemented sat/kb so let me know who needs to be pestered to update. Also please give me the names of any wallet implementations that are commonly used that I'm missing. Both SPV and core.
