Difference 'amount sent' and 'amount spent'

Hello! Propably a stupid question, but looking at my address on blockchair I get:

Total spent 0.00033941 BTC 13.16 USD

Which is more than I would know of. Looking at the PDF with the wallet report, it says: Total sent 0.00017974 BTC

The last amount would fit. But why does it even differ? Isn’t it the same thing? Thanks!
