Do you actively consolidate smaller UTXOs during low-fee windows, or just leave your stack untouched?
Been running an automated recurring DCA straight into cold storage for a while now, and recently noticed my wallet has accumulated dozens of small UTXOs over the months. Whenever mempool fees quiet down to single-digit sats/vB over the weekend, it feels like the ideal time to run a clean consolidation transaction to prevent future spending fees from getting out of hand during high-congestion bull runs.
At the same time, combining outputs links address history on-chain, which creates an obvious privacy trade-off.
Curious how people here balance this: do you routinely batch-consolidate your smaller outputs when base fees are rock bottom, or do you prefer keeping your UTXOs fragmented until you actually need to broadcast a transaction?
