Electron Cash 4.2.3 is now available for Android

Install it from Google Play, or download the APK from electroncash.org.

Changes:

• Fiat display is now enabled by default in new installations (currency can be changed in the settings).
• Amounts can now be entered in fiat (thanks to im_uname for donation).
• A notification is now shown whenever a wallet is open, which makes the app less likely to be killed when in the background.
• bitcoincash: URLs can now be pasted into the Send dialog address box.
• Fix layout for RTL languages such as Arabic.
• Fix crash when clicking "Sign transaction" in a watching-only wallet.
• Many performance and responsiveness improvements, especially for large wallets.
• Minimum Android version is now 4.3.
