Flipstarter question.

How does the locking of the coins work? Does it work across apps?

I have a wallet on my phone. I also have electron cash access that wallet on my PC for cashfusion. If I pledge with this wallet is it still safe to use my phone to spend coins?

Or should I create a separate wallet for flipstarter pledges?
