Gaze.cash - video monetization platform using BCH as payment method.

I've added mobile support (technically gaze.cash did work on mobile before but it was barely usable), Gaze.cash is now reactive and will properly work on mobile devices. I also improved the stability and performance of the player on mobile although right now the player won't perform that well on browsers other than chrome.

Since the last update I've also

- Added the maximum resolution available label to video thumbnails

- Ensured that tipping a video gives imediate confirmation of the tip

- Made the bitcoin cash address in the wallet clickable to automatically copy it

- Fixed a bug that caused videos to flicker on mac

- Fixed a bug on the upload page that sometimes caused it to become unresponsive.
