How BattleRoyale.cash plans to 10X the BCH Userbase, 10X the BCH Price, and fund BCH Infrastructure
| Hello everyone. As promised, we have been hard at work building more games and applications for the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem. It is our hope that these games will onboard real on-chain users, generate virality/promotion, and eventually fund a Bitcoin Cash App Store. That is what we are working towards. Unfortunately applications aren’t built overnight and progress has taken longer than we would have hoped for… We thank you for your patience. We currently have two applications under development (and a thousand more on the roadmap), one of which we are launching today. Introducing BattleRoyale.cash The basic premise of the game is players speculate on who will win the game and when the game will end. The player will find himself waiting until the clock nears zero to place bets, as that gives him the most information to make informed decisions. The exciting part is the player’s competitors (and allies) will also want to place bets as the clock nears zero. The clock extends after each additional bet, adding more rounds to the Battle Royale fight. The game can only end when the clock is less than or equal to zero at a block confirmation. Due to Bitcoin Cash's feature (or bug) of sporadic block times, this adds more excitement to the game as no one quite knows exactly when the game will end. We see many strategies in the game
Now for those of you that don’t care about these stupid games and simply want to see Bitcoin Cash grow, we have good news for you too! We believe BattleRoyale.cash will help the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem in three ways: 1. Bitcoin Cash Funding: As always 10% of total deposits are to be reinvested into Bitcoin Cash applications and infrastructure. 2. BCH Onboarding/Virality: The game will onboard real on-chain BCH users and generate virality/promotion. Additionally we plan to use funds to pay crypto-influencers to promote BattleRoyale.cash and Bitcoin Cash. 3. Test 0-Conf Security: We are going to test Bitcoin Cash’s 0-conf security under real world incentive to doublespend (in a safe environment). This will do one of two things: It could give merchants increased confidence that 0-conf is secure OR We could learn 0-conf is not secure and work on better 0-conf solutions. [link] [comments] |
