How to add capital to BCH with human labor.

This is not a new concept. At the moment this is a trend at the #BTC community. I've especially heard it from Trace Mayer. An ideology has been developed among BTC community which centers around adding capital to bitcoin with user's day job, 9 to 5 income. For example instead of wasting money at weekends instead buy bitcoin.

I have another idea on how we can add capital with the same concept. In this case Ideology has a part in it but it won't be the main source of it. There should be a service for attracting talent, verifying it and then recruit with the condition to have some position on bitcoin locked until a specific date.
