How to setup Yahoo Price Alerts for Email to Desktop?

Does it work on website/desktop? Because I have Yahoo Finance, but they never send me emails. How do I activate Yahoo Email Alerts sent to my desktop? I have a watchlist & a portfolio with stocks and btc-cad setup, but it doesn't send me anything. Where did I go wrong?
