How would you attack/dismantle the current cryptomarket?

It is clear that fundamentals play no role anymore and the pleb's perception of crypto currency starts and ends with prices expressed in fiat (or worse, USDT) formed on shady centralized exchanges.

How do you think this situation can be changed?

Deliberate attacks on choke-points like big USDT exchanges? Attacking USDT infrastructure? Letting it burn to the ground by itself? organized counter-campaigns?
