I have searched the Bitcoin Whitepaper for the term "vByte" and I don't see it. BTC, what have they done to you :(

Bitcoin Cash is simple vanilla Bitcoin described in the whitepaper. BTC is now so convoluted even developers can't agree how many maximum bytes can be in a block. I believe BTC can do max 4 Mega-vBytes?
