[IDEA] Payment Processor that is decentralized for physical transactions.

I talked with some people about a decentralized payment processor.

How would it work?

A person would send BCH to the merchant. The merchant would then instantly send the BCH to a BCH DEX for a stablecoin coin like FlexUSD.

Couldn't we for BISQ and make it for BCH? This would be the DEX for the payment processor. Then the payment processor would be an app or website. Thoughts?
