If Bitcoin Cash is just as scarce as bitcoin why is the value not nearly as high?

Its just as scarce, cheaper to use, more scalable yet its not even worth $1,000 per coin? I don’t understand why the value is not in the 10,000s??

Can someone explain why the scarcity is not a major factor in keeping the price high?

EDIT: considering the fact that demand seems to be whats holding this coin down and short sellers, I’m sold. Buying 2 coins sometime this month and holding for a decade or 2. ??
