Im a software developer. Are there any opportunities to make a good living developing for bch?

i feel like i want to do something more meaningful with life rather than developer software for engineers, is it realistic to work for bch and earn a decent living? Is bch looking for developers? Im currently earning 120k a year , but i wouldnt mind 80k of it meant a more meaningful existence.
