I’m bleeding

I bought at the top, then bought at what I thought was the bottom, I’m pretty much all in. Sold ETFs and all.

I didn’t believe in the 4 year cycle. Is it true? Should I sell and cut my losses? Should I sell and buy back in end of Q4?
