I’m gonna talk to my local health food store about BCH, would like some extra tips for the elevator pitch

I’m good friends with the lady who runs my local health food store. She’s 49 and not technical. I really like the simplicity of BCH and have a few crypto friends who also buy in that shop. Would love to hear how you folks would pitch it. I wouldn’t mind other crypto’s either. I just like the simplicity of actually using BCH for day to day transactions. How would you explain to this shop that this is a good investment for them?
