Is DAI on smartBCH possible? I think it's the ultimate solution for crypto to be daily usable

I recently discovered DAI while doing some research in order to find the most stable and trustless coin.

Honestly, I guess it's a stroke of genius to peg a stable coin to other cryptocurrencies. The only downside that comes with DAI is that it lives on ETH chain, which makes spend DAI not very cheap.

Is it possible to apply the same concept on smartBCH?

That would make DAI not only a stable and trustless stable coin, but also daily spendable because its very very low fee.
