Is long-term holding better than active crypto trading?

Whether long-term holding is better than active crypto trading often comes down to temperament and discipline. In theory, active trading can generate higher returns by capturing short-term volatility.

I feel long-term holding usually works better than active trading for most people. Crypto markets move very fast, and trying to time every rise and fall can be stressful and risky. Many traders end up losing money because emotions take over.

When I hold strong assets like Bitcoin or Ethereum for the long term, I don’t worry about daily price swings. I just focus on the bigger picture and the growth of crypto over time.
