It's been exactly 4 years now since the birth of BCH - why isn't it the prevailing currency?

I don't want to turn this into a BTC vs BCH debate, moreso a BCH vs other cryptos that are meant to be used as currency. With its low fees and other pros, it shouldn't be having such a hard time getting adopted.
