Just a quick question for BCH devs and miners (usecase: on-chain, transparent organization management, social media and publishing)
I've been working on a new social media and publishing platform with on-chain, transparent governance for the past few months. For my prototype I've been using a fork of BCHN.
I came to realize that the generally accepted op_return limit of 220bytes seriously limits this usecase, even though I don't want to store data other than text and hashes.
Would you support lifting the op_return limit to 2MB (no protocol change needed only a flag).
I wonder what the general consensus is now, after the ABC crooks have been booted from the network when it comes to usecases like this?
I would appreciate any feedback.
