Latest on BCH stealth addresses?

I've been wanting to spread the word about BCH in my local community, to small businesses and roadside shops that people use to sell eggs, firewood, strawberries and such. I've been working on a 2-page info poster to hand out, but a major snag for me is the thing about privacy, where I can't say BCH is anonymous "out of the box" after downloading a wallet. I feel like this will be a turn-off to newcomers, but I may also be out of date as to how to do this.

In my info poster I write about how easy it is to print a recieve address QR-code to stick on the front desk or roadside butique for customers to easily scan and send their payment to. However, simply using the wallet recieve address will allow anybody to go look up the transactions on a blockchain explorer, and see the transaction activities of the seller.

From an older thread on reddit I found this video showcasing stealth addresses with BCH, which is exactly what I'm looking for. However it seems it's not a default feature in most wallets, and the guy in the video calls it a "niche" usecase of BCH. I think with any kind of adoption for point-of-sale or donations, this will be a major and important feature to have.

There doesn't seem to be much about this yet, even after a few years since the threads and videos I've found. Can anybody update me on what is the latest in this regard? What should I suggest people to do instead, to accept BCH, if they want privacy?
