Lesson's learned.

Greetings from Lebanon, a country that has basically shit the bed economically, where the local currency had devalued by 80% and banks refuse/unable to give depositers money, all that jazz. Basically the dollar is king, and BCH is god.

So here's the predicament I found myself in, having been in desperate need for money to replace my dying laptop so I can continue working my job, I delved into cryptocurencies, and mainly BCH as someone had tipped me a few months back, fast forward a few months and I've made some relatively good money thanks to various tips from some generous people.

However not enough to buy a laptop, and being unable to find freelance jobs online, and my job's 90$/m salary barely paying the bills, I became desperate and started gambling with small amounts on bch.games, I won some and lost some, but the hope of being able to win kept me continue playing, of course I started losing very quickly and lost a large potion of my BCH.

I feel devastated, but also kind of relieved that now I can put gambling behind me and hopefully never make a similar mistake in my life.

Also want to point out that this is not a sob story to get tips or anything. I just hope people in similar desperate predicaments don't resort to gambling. Gambling for fun when the money you lose won't effect your life is all well and good, but do not throw away your life chasing luck.
