LETTER OF INTENT TO SUE - Liquidity Technologies Ltd- Company number 208853 - CoinFLEX

This letter of intent to sue shall serve as a formal notice that the Bitcoin Cash community intends to commence a lawsuit against you due to the following: Defrauding the Bitcoin Cash community. At all times relevant to the SmartBCH Network being online, the defendants knowingly operated the SmartBCH centralized bridge and advertised it to the Bitcoin Cash community, without educating them on the underlying legal structure exposing the SmartBCH-bridge assets to CoinFLEX's financial and operational failures, in violation of federal and international regulations, including those requiring money transmitting businesses to meet registration and reporting requirements set forth in Title 18, United States Code, Section 1960, and in regulations promulgated by the United States Department of the Treasury.

I. The Plaintiff. The Bitcoin Cash Community (the “Plaintiff”).

II. The Defendant. Company number 208853 - CoinFLEX (the “Defendant”).

III. Settlement Demand. Immediate implementation of an escrow for the Bitcoin Cash locked in the centralized SmartBCH bridge. Restoring complete operational capabilities of the SmartBCH Network.

V. Governing Law. The defendant is located in Seychelles and is therefore governed by the Seychelles Penal Code. We are still pursuing this in US courts and this Letter of Intent shall be governed under the laws of the State of Florida.
