I came across this article discussing the most expensive NFT. And when I looked at the prices, I was astounded. Because I'm new to this, can anyone tell me if it's worth the hype and money?

Let me just summarize the prices and the name. Initially, we received every day: The First 5000 Days, which sold for $69.3 million, and CryptoPunk #7523, which sold for $11.75 million.

It appears to be the new trend and there's not much information about why certain NFT costs more or less than others. Hope if anyone of you can fill me in.
