Need help in figuring out this mess

So in short I was self transferring btc from my other wallets and decided to add it into one wallet itself

I mistakenly added 1 sat vbyte fee and it has been like 7-9 hours since i that reciving has been unconfirmed

I then saw that I can send the btc even tho it hasn't been confirmed so I did that just to make sure that things are good

But seem the send transaction is also in the same loophole Although for this I set the fee to 2-3 satvybte

Although I see the btc I sent on the other wallet i meant to receive but it hasn't been confirmed

Why is it happening
