Need help: transferring BCH from Luno to Coinbase Wallet.

Coinbase Wallet address has a “bitcoincash” prefix. Luno does not recognise the prefix. I took out the prefix and it sent but now the amount is not appearing in my Coinbase Wallet.

Is any of this normal?
